Hi Happy RI, I can understand.....haha. I am also thinking of whether to just buy some Prime US REITs....if it survived the upcoming year end downwards property revaluation, maybe 2-3 years will breakeven with dividends alone. I bought some 4,000 units of Manulife US REIT recently for speculation.
