Should i Deleverage now?

The market has run up quite a bit since the start of the new year. Its also the first time my portfolio is almost all green. I mentioned in the previous post that i will take the opportunity to deleverage abit? It is abit tempting to hold abit more as the FEDs has signalled some breather in raising the rates and there's quite abit of optimism on the China US Trade Talk.
