No i didnt deleverage after all

In my previous two posts, I mentioned that I'm considering deleveraging and in the end I did. However, what I really wanted to do was to reduce my total holding for Cromwell REIT.

From the sales of Cromwell, I went on to buy more CRTC and EC World REIT. I am still quite bullish about China.

I also made my first purchase into a hospitality REIT. Bought a small position into Far East H Trust.
